  1. Michael Scott is my hero. I also like your idea about journal writing. Reflecting on your life is wonderful, but what good does it do if you can't remember your epiphanies? I think keeping a journal is definitely an important tool for "forcing the last drop" out of our experiences.

  3. I definitely approve of journal writing. I'm reminded of President Eyring's talk on the subject. When we write down the experiences we have, we are able to see how much the Lord really does bless our lives. And hopefully someday, someone will be able to learn from our the experiences we record in our journals as well...

  4. I agree with you. Writing in my journal has provided me a way to adequetly address and work through things that I was having a hard time with. Making my future expeirences more meaningful.
