Fitting picture. I think a trick of the adversary is to make us think we are utterly alone in our trials and no one has ever gone thru anything similar - that not only is our shame and pain deep, but unnatural, unable to be reached by empathy or kindness. What a beautiful reminder that not only can (and do!) others relate, but ultimately we have a Savior who grasps all of our experiences perfectly.
The picture of the cliff reminded me of that guy from Utah who got stuck under a boulder while exploring. After sitting around for a day and realizing nobody was going to save him, he cut off his own arm with a dull blade. Sick huh? But in the end, he was able to struggle out of the crevice he was climbing in and made it back to civilization.
