I'm familiar with that test too... I had a friend who was fond of any and every psychological test, so we did a few of them. If I remember correctly, I'm mostly blue, with a lot of white. It is interesting how we as humans try to figure out how people interact with each other, personality types, etc. Or maybe that's just the blue. I agree, though, that people are much more complex than colors and that it's good to have a chance to work together, despite our differences.
Yeah, I've done this and several other psychological tests myself. Its interesting, but in pretty much all of them, I am right in the middle of most characteristics. I think that just means I'm schizophrenic and can't decide. But it makes for some interesting tests and the ability to be comfortable in pretty much any situation, which is always nice. And it is very interesting how a wide variety of personality types can work together to form a stronger whole.
I would never have known from working with you that you have this exciting tendency to analyze personalities! :) Most people I know who have a similar habit usually come off as judgemental, but you, seemingly the exact opposite, are Mrs. Charity herself! What a great strength in learning how to work with others! You are a fantastic teammate!
