  2. The thing that just grabbed my attention on your post is the "Avoid Ending Where You Begin." Haha it took me a minute to figure out where the sentence actually begins, and then once I read it I realized that the form shows why beginning where you end can be problematic. That's really clever. That definitely applies to learning. If come out of learning experiences in the same place we started it is because we haven't reflected, and learning has really taken place.

  3. I celebrate your WAC. The design is really neat, especially the picture in the corner that catches your eyes. ITS A FUNNEL! I don't know why, but at first I thought it was a martini glass with olives in them... maybe thats just me. Your message altogether was really powerful and uplifting. We SHOULD celebrate our accomplishments and we SHOULD enjoy learning from them. Thats how we progress. I liked it!

  4. I enjoyed your post! The colors and the design that you made were very eye catching and your post caught my attention first when I was scrolling through the other posts. I unjoyed your message as well. It re-confirmed my hope in the power of positivity and celebration. The only thing I would improve is making it more reader friendly through form. Perhaps bolding the most important parts. Great post.

  5. First of all, your design is amazing. Not only did it grab my attention, it grabbed it in a good way. It is pleasing to the eye, it makes sense, and basically, it is just well done. On top of that, the content is great too. I enjoyed the short, powerful sentences and I liked how you applied the article to the council as a whole. I automatically related with what you were saying, and as I read on, the message built on itself until it reached its ultimate goal--progression and leadership. Self evaluation and reflection really are so important to us as a council. Thanks for pointing that out so effectively!

  6. Nice work Charla! I think celebrating successes is a great way to reflect and find meaning. If we can analyze what went well, we can figure out how to recreate that outcome.

  7. I think that the best part of your WAC is that it's the perfect description your leadership style. Especially the part where you encourage us to reflect on how our work and service blesses the lives of other people. As an Executive Director, you're really doing all the things you wrote about.

    Awesome work!
