  1. Your comments made me think about a movie I saw long ago. Due to the mature rating of the material, I can't openly recommend it. But it's called "Memento." The entire movie goes in reverse as it unravels a murder. We can learn a lot about rehearsing the past in our minds, to find out much about what we are, what we've become, and how we can change our course for the better.

  2. Kiel, I really enjoyed that movie...though be sure to watch it edited. It's true though; we evaluate ourselves based on the evidence of our personal behavior. One of the best ways to evaluate ourselves is to think about what we spend our time doing whenever we think nobody is watching.
