Ben, in my religion class this week we talked about the talk by Pres. Benson about pride. I think you are right. When we are causing problems for leaders it is often our pride getting in the way. Thanks for your extra thoughts. Your post made me think about my own struggle with pride
I agree Ben, It is important to offer solutions whenever we want to go to our leaders with problems. You should check out Stephen R. Covey's book: "The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People." he talks about the importance of being proactive in all our dealings.
